FIRST DAY AT SCHOOL

My first memory of the school is that when I arrived everything was very big and I could easily get lost, my class was big, the tables were in a circle and the teacher was out of round, there were cupboards with board games ... there was also a corner with cushions to read. I was nervous, unresponsive and afraid.

My first teacher is called Nuria, who is now the school principal. She was not very tall, her hair was short and brown, she always wore colored coats. He was very happy and always gave us activities to learn. Although when he got angry it was scary.

First we introduced ourselves although most of us already knew about the kindergarten. Then they made us draw our favorite things, in the playground we played fathers and mothers. My first friends were some girls called Jana, Ainna and Jasmina but we already knew about the kindergarten.

WRITING A RECIPE

I like macarons because it is a sweet and strange food.

INGREDIENTS
-110 g of almond flour (or ground almonds)
-220 g of icing sugar
-110 g of aged egg whites (they must spend at least one night at room temperature covered with plastic wrap)
-30 g of white sugar
-Coloring gel

ELABORATION:
We sift the almond flour together with the icing sugar, repeat the process three or four times, if we have a kitchen robot with a chopper attachment we can also use it before sifting (if we used it, we would only have to sift once or twice).
We reserve In our kitchen robot with the accessory rods beat the aged clear at maximum speed (as I indicated in the ingredients, to age the egg whites you have to leave them out of the refrigerator overnight at room temperature in a bowl covered with paper film). When foam starts to come out we add the 30 g of white sugar.
